His brother isn't qualified for something like this. No need to give him money again.

Besides, he gifted him $117,000. He didn't give him shares in the company. So his brother would never "share" in the "upcoming success."

Big red flag right there. That's not confidence in the company. If it was, he would take shares like many in the real world.
