So your argument is that the S-1 getting processed will mean that 369mil will be dumped into the market the next day.

We know that over 2/3 of those are shares are warrants. Of which, Sharp and Sapi are holders of 250 mil shares. Your next concern is that Sapi sold the RIGHTS to buy 4 mil of those warrants to another person?

But a warrant is an option to buy stock - for money that, in this case, HMBL would get. What is even crazier is that those warrants are for about two times the current market price.

I don't think anyone will be converting shares for at least a few days after the S-1 is processed. If all the warrants are converted, HMBL will make $39 mil and the stock price will be well over .20/share.
