ONYI is not an ethanol producing company. To my understanding, it is a company manufacturing ethanol equipments to build ethanol plants. You provide the walls and they equipe your, used to be warehouse, with necessary stuff to produce ethanol. As a bonus, if you become a member of the ethanol group, you will run your plant with JR juice for free.
Of course I don't know the details but it is the general idea.
