It doesn't matter much if there are 6 billion shares. If people keep buying at the ask then it will keep moving up. If it appears to be a no lose stock and you just have to jump on the escallator, then people will continue to buy. Nothing else matters. Most people in penny stocks do not know shit about shit. They just play momo. Give em momo and they jump on and off, on and off, on and off. As long as they are making money they don't give a rats ass about the share structure. They are gun shy though. At the slightest hint of crap, they're gone like a bunch of scared cats.
