what is Lebby waiting for.

I'm assuming management doesn't just want to start dealing with every company that is interested.

they want a revolutionary deal.

they want a deal that will make them ubiquitous and that is not easy. patience getting all ducks in line and then ...

Together - meaning that Polariton clearly has a product in which Perkamine has proven itself to be key to both it's speed and stability, with no degredation in performance.

It is broadcasting to the market that revenue is forthcoming to LWLG when Polariton rolls out their product.

It also shows that they have discussed the financial terms closely enough for Polariton to publicly announce that Perkamine will be used in their product offering and that they will be working Together going forward.

For those that recall the initial submission that won Dr. Lebby an award for, which pre-supposes to get the reward that it is revenue bearing - this confirms indeed that revenue is incoming from Polariton to LWLG.

Further, there was a subsequent announcement of a new speed record involving other parties to include Nokia but did not mention LWLG - I would say this release now removes all doubt. Conclusion: Perkinamine Tm (trademarked) will be used commercially in Polaration's race track modulator product.

I suspect this annouhcement while not disclosing terms, possibly satisfies an entry into a material agreement and may be followed by an 8K - not completely sure but time will tell.

Both prior news releases may be reviewed at this link, one on the left and one on the right.

The Nokia announcement came after/was subsequent to the initial speed reccord announced by the award-winning collaboration with LWLG and created some doubt - but this announcement removes all doubt about about Perkamine being used in Polariton's racetrack modulator.
