I prefer 7 dollars to 20 cents.

You don't have to sell your shares. If everyone would tender 75% of his shares then the remaining shares would probably be worth more than $50. You can do the math. You see how easy it is to create value?

Ok, let's do the math.

Let's assume 27M shares will be worth $21. Total = $567M
75% tendered for $7 = 20M shares, total = $140M
Remaining $427M / 7M = $61 / share

It's free money. No solar farm investment or betel nut plantation can beat it :-)

btw, it is interesting what HZ said, on Nov 15, when I suggested a tender offer.

Dear xxx,

I will share with the board your ideas as a courtesy to you. However,
keep in mind that the company has long term goals and I can not reveal
whether this is or is not a part of these plans as that might be
considered revealing insider information.

They might have similar plans... Well they do expect to have a lot of cash, right? No doubt from the settlement with parent.
All we have to do is give them a little push in the right direction.

btw, I have a strong feeling that the plan changed, around March 2021.

BEFORE
- They were updating the website
- They mentioned owning biotech assets in a press release

AFTER
- They stopped updating the website
- No mention of any biotech assets

A lot of changes happened around that time.
- The move to Colorado
- The stock dividend
- HZ was hired
- The Board changes

It all happened around that time. I have a strong feeling that the biotech acquisition was cancelled in favor for a settlement. That may have been the time when Parent decided to leave. Roughly a year ago. You see, that is why we need the spin-off.
