Hi_Lo, I can't explain the share price if you don't understand the TA or you would already know why that is the target. It is NOT based on Fundamentals which is what you are likely looking for an answer. But if you look at the last major run-up, you will see that Fundamentals matter little sometimes for high potential companies like SFOR. Why did it almost run to $.40 already? You must ask yourself that before you will ever understand the target I provided. Others have concluded the same target, that should be telling you something... go back to your analysis books and get up to speed with the TA. It's all in the math.
