+ Diamond drilling campaign currently underway at the 4.1Moz Kebigada gold deposit to further
define the existing resource and test mineralization extensions at depth and along strike.
+ RC drilling campaign planned at Giro Gold Project to commence in Q1 of 2022 at high grade gold
prospects Kebigada South-East and Congo Ya Sika.
+ Appointment of Mr Conrad Karageorge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Amani.
+ Giro Gold Project Feasibility study deferred to allow for additional exploration and resource
drilling.
