Moses, it appears to me that the DSPP as-is is supplying the capital they need to complete testing of MJ02. Then if a commercial find is announced, the share price will shoot up and funds will be available for completion.
Completion and infrastructure can be very expensive for the first well and it depends on a lot of factors that I don't know.
Side-track can be a strategy and not just a recovery, but Zion is currently not doing side-track. Don't know if that makes sense for future wells or not. The first couple thousand of meters do not have to be drilled again in a side-track, but the two or more wells that are joined can't be managed as preciously as with drilling new holes from the surface for each well. I would assume though, that even with new holes from the surface, that several wells would share a common pad like MJ02 does with MJ01.
