now appear to be changing their propaganda on AMC

Could it be that now the SEC and Hedge Funds have workled together to get the AMC share price to almost $12, from where it took off last June

They are looking to now have the same action?

One always has to remember that Hedge Funds like to make money as a stock goes up and as it goes down
