Do you realize what "technically" means? It means they only own it in name, because of the massive liabilities against it.

The Government of Canada is owed tens of millions of dollars, PLUS the cleanup and remediation costs. As the article states clearly, Canada does not expect any sale of the property to cover those costs.

Which means shareholders, who are dead last in line and only get money if ALL the liabilities are paid in full, will not get a penny.

The stock is worthless, and that will not change.
