I have not looked at it in a while, but if the date expired without extension, (which can always happen "retroactively" by the way if the parties are still discussing terms of an extension), I would think that only the exclusivity portion would be affected, but that begs the question of whether it is worth it for ONPH to continue pursuing without exclusivity. My best guess is that we get a PR at some time announcing an extension- these things often lag a few/several weeks after the actual expiration date
