If it is civil contempt then all that will happen is sanctions until he complies. That could be financial penalties or being remanded.

I would love to see the following unfold:

(i) Judge finds civil contempt and orders defendant remanded until exhibit N has been provided.
(ii) Berman reaches into his pocket and immediately pulls out Genviro pretendy kit.
(iii) Government takes one look at insert and indicts Berman for clinical data fraud.
