I hope we don't go down that rabbit hole again. Actually, there is really no need, the PR actually said it was Letter of Intent. Intent to do what, exactly?

Since the company Irmex doesn't seem to exist and Mexus didn't think it was worth saying a word about them, or what they intend to do with the Mabel property, I suspect we will not hear about them again.
