BBR contracts with a New York Stock Exchange Member firm to handle all trade processing as well as to hold customer monies and securities and to provide trade conformations, month end statements and year-end tax information. That firm is, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC/NYSE.

What are BB&R responsibilities:

Buckman, Buckman & Reid, Inc. (“BB&R”) to provide investment banking services, help in facilitating a capital raise and other advisory services.

Pursuant to the engagement agreement (“Agreement”), BB&R will review SMC’s business and financial condition, corporate structure and to advise on future acquisitions, financing, and growth.
