I don't blame scotus they were thoroughly confused just by their questioning in the arguments.

That's probably a good thing for shareholders. I doubt a single judge on the SC knew more than a tidbit of what happened here over the past 13 years. I don't want any judge, at any level, making a decision that affects me who has no clue about how the government "helped itself" to our lunch!
