FINRA can’t deny GVSI name change request once GVSI is SEC fIler. Registration of statement Form 10 is a proof company is up to date with SEC Standards and no hidden and shady agenda with management to cause harm to investors. GS will file quarterly when the due date comes and he doesn’t have to worry about the past quarterly from delinquent financial by previous management, it is a clean slate for GVSI. There is a reason why previous management was never a SEC filer.
