But in all seriousness .... DISTRIBUTION of ECSL products requires supply and customers to sell it to. ECSL has none ... until they do.

And let's not forget that initially .... contracts with OTHER PETROLEUM COMPANIES for their products is required to get this off the ground. Remember ? Lawrence even stated such .... Fortune 500 companies ? They have customers ......
