Shareholders should bring their own lawsuit outside of the 13d , for the crimes that NP and SK have committed, stealing our money . Plenty of lawyers on these stock boards to take up the cause . Thoughts ??

Yes, David Jackson's company carries a bit of weight. Makes Adam the Fuerhstein look like he wants to say goodbye in his bunker basement.
NP is not the problem and never has been. Yes, a shareholders lawsuit against 13dhorned would cost money, but it is such a strong suit against 13d that many law firms would bring it on contingency. Then too the company at large would join in.

So looking forward to the info gained from FBI/SEC investigations into the shenanigans by short selling entities aligned with 13dudes.

These continuous harassment filings by 13dunces is not helping their cause one iota. How much has all this cost them. They are desperate as can be seen in their actions. Not a good place to be in, and not any investment advisor/analyst/investigator who cares about getting leronlimab to save lives would be in any manner associated with them.

13DCoupled keeps dragging down the share price. If 13DeLaminated continues this course, they will be dealt with and any supporting entities will be hauled in along with them should the FBI/SEC identify such miscreants.
