With everything we now know, it is fascinating to read posts on beliefs on cydy and the management team. It is fairly easy to tell who is who and where they come from. I honestly believe there is not 1 single shareholder who is only a shareholder that believes cydy team and fabulous go together.

Not one.

I’m voting for the 200million shares, definitely not voting for an increase in salary for management , can’t believe that’s even an option. There should have been a vote for no salary until approval. The science is good but it is abundantly clear we need more than good science. NP has caused himself to be non credible, therefore it spills over to the rest of the company and onto Leronlimab. I sent msgs to both NP and Kelly asking them to delay there salary until approval , I have asked them several times as a matter of fact and not once have they replied . The 13D is not the answer either , so pretty much we have a great drug that in the hands of big pharma would have been approved a year ago. We need top notch management to get this done , someone that understands the FDA and is in good standing in there eyes . The biggest hang up for me is the continued joke of a BLA for HIV it does no good to be the best drug if you can’t submit the proper paperwork. By no means am I giving up on LL just not sure about current management.

“CytoDyn also is going to own Amarex.”

This seems unlikely. CYDY is unlikely to have any evidence to support there claims. NP continued to send work orders to Amarex through this last summer. That doesn’t sound like a CEO who knows his CRO isn’t performing.

“13Defanged RosieDaBumd can throw a temper tantrum all he wants. He is going nowhere and he too will succumb to a lawsuit before it's over.”

The Pro-NP group won’t have funds to file a baseless lawsuit against Mr. Rosenbaum because they’ll be so far in the red after NP’s indictment is announced. They should be suing NP.

“Shareholders should bring their own derivitive lawsuit against 13d-dogs.”

That would be a costly waste of time. Discovery would cost millions and that’s if the lawsuit wasn’t first thrown out by the judge. The majority of the Pro-NP group are in the red and likely aren’t willing to contribute that kind of money to start a lawsuit that will net them nothing.

NP has been and continues to be the problem. If NP is indicted, they can hop on one of the shareholder lawsuits and maybe get a few dollars back.
