Well, let's see. PHI Group is not directly offering the Token, but obviously PHI Group has quite a bit to do with it, or PHI Group wouldn't be shown on a giant billboard in downtown Korea every few minutes, as well as being listed under ADE Token on almost every document we've seen photos of.

And since the sale starts on Monday, and PHI Group is a beneficiary of funds, gee, I wonder if PHIL has anything to do with that?

For all we know, Henry had to, or still has to, head to Korea.

We don't know the extent of what work this creates for Henry next week, but to say it won't take any of his time at all, well that's just silly.
