Wow, that is huge. Institutions never ever buy penny stocks, so for this one to own more than 5% is enormous.

I hope so. Strickland was involved in this before, I think, from what I remember so many years ago, and it never got off the ground. However, times have changed, many new technologies have evolved, and perhaps this time they can use this as a vehicle to put something together that will have substantial value.
