Yup. If you play OTC's you must keep an eye on the FINRA daily list and the State of the companies incorporation SOS site to watch for reverse splits applied for.
The company is not obligated to inform the public so if anyone gets caught holding the bag through an R/S it's really their own fault.

Do you remember when they switched from UTRM to POTN and people were circulating a fake image of a news studio? LOL not only that but they said Pot Network was in talks with Fox News? LOLOL I fell for that shit. I remember google mapping the address they had for their location and it was literally an apartment building.
