Of course that is possible, but volume was next to nothing for a long time, I would imagine most that had those low priced shares sold on a spike to .50 on a massive volume spike.
There was more volume on a single day when it went to .50 then the total volume over the previous 6 months combined.
And most of that $2.6M in volume that day was above .15
