Personnel matters are none of our business and will not be explained. We do not own him.

Cory was a chemist in the lab. Mix A With B stir, etc. Personally I liked the guy but ex employees do not owe us an explanation. I don't think I've ever seen a public statement to shareholders about an employees departure.

I did ask Cory why he left a few weeks ago. His respons:

Hi Steve-- yes I resigned because I needed to spend more time with my family.
nothing to do with LWL; really just personal reasons.
