Not sure this rule effects how the SEC allows brokers to market tickers.. I don't think anything is actually changing with how the OTC conducts its business. This will probably be a ripe ticker for the picking for any company planning to go public... But I most likely believe MTVX already has something in place that will start up maybe soon. Nobody, I mean nobody buys almost $3 million dollars of a stock for nine months straight accumulating because the don't have a plan to do something with this. Just like a real estate developer will have to acquire the land before anything. Almost 50 % of the OS shares have been bought in the last 9 months and that is a fact no matter what others subjective choose to believe or their own definitions is.
