yes, or TM gave the dtcc more info they requested and now wait 2 weeks for a response? who knows?
TM is looking at 250,000,000 shares @ .15 a share BEFORE TRADING STARTS. he's got alot on the line here as well.

Not conclusively, it could easily mean that he has given them a deadline to respond, and if they don't then he will act, etc...
