They are diluting, sure. But I would not refer to them as crooks. They are trying to grow their small company. But again, I'm not a fundamental investor.
As a trader, I've seen the accumulation over recent weeks. My entry is trip 5, so I'm down but excited about the next run, which will happen at any point. Dilution does not matter insofar as short-term runs.
