Nice quick post. Actually, I am glad. They are too cautious and seemingly concerned with their own and FDA's reputations and not taking some chances and bending some rules to get kids tested, quickly and a safely. A good fed bureaucrat is always ready to take a chance and lay it down. But that is really hard to do. They can't push it off on BP for not pushing the tests, it is a federal responsibility. They dropped the ball.
