As an Industry Insider I couldn't agree more with your analysis!

Like I've said before, Koos at his age and ALL the years he put into this, is very likely looking to retire ASAP with a Giant Golden Egg in his Bank Account, then spend the remainder of his years doing the things he'd like to do living off the fruits of his labor while his health is still intact.

At his age he doesn't have many "quality years" to live out which begins to rapidly diminish around Age 70 onward.

I believe retirement is front center stage in his life which IMO explains why he's rapidly pulling everything together at warp speed preparing to sell this company, and the 8K he filed on 4/27/21 is a BLARING indicator of this!
