The company is dead on every level. Anyway I have never ever got my head around why Heddle is involved in any way .
Most pennny stock CEOs could not not run a corner store and most have never made it that far in life.
Heddle is a very well respected businessman in his industry . It is Marine related with many facets. IT is not mickey mouse. IT is huge - big contracts with shipyards. Lake Ontario, west Coast Canada, Davie Shipyard in Quebec and Halifax possibly with a subcontract of the massive Irving contract for new ships.
he was a shareholder for sure. The only thing I can ever think of was to buyout PTOI for a few pennies and take it private and then take those losses from PTOI in an amalgamation into heddle and reduce taxes payable for Heddle.
