Converting shares to crypto imo gets it done

As a macro concept, agree. But don't see the linkage yet from S-1/A, because securities have to be registered. Perhaps one possibility is "Selling Shareholders" of S-1 (srax and co) trade a large portion of their existing shares in a private transaction in exchange for new tokens. In-kind exchange.

Thereafter, the tokens could bought/sold on an exchange without raising SEC issues on the linkage between FPVD shares and the tokens. Still a bit unclear if this would work, though.

Also, I agree Chad re Casper -- I think they're involved in this.
