I would not make any claim I would know the exact characteristics that might make a specific DC vaccine work. But I do know that the expects in the field do not know either else they would not be trying everything under the sun with little success.

And having one work does not provide the magic answer. Provenge did, and nobody has had success following in that path.

It is very difficult to prove something in the biologic space other via trial. And here you have two very different agents.
