Gee, guess we'll have to wait a week to see, eh? Could be this Friday AH or Monday pre-opening?
I remain long, strong, positive, and patient, and I focus on post-catalyst price vs if fins will be tardy.

With seasoned CFO Mr. Abraham onboard and Tiger Paw Acctg S/W in use, I doubt tardiness will
even be an issue. Time for nonholders to get PCTL at a sweet price. Here's to catalysts and deals!

PCTL Yes the filing Landscape here for Stop Sign Stocks is about to change for some in few weeks if they Trade with TD Ameritrade!

Huge scramble under way for Stop Sign Stocks to get years of no filings current and OTC Markets is flooded with filings as a result. However as we move forward with these long overdue changes to timely filing requirements a company would not be subject to SEC Rule 15c2-11 Restricted Securities, simply for being late with one filing!!! PCTL is Pink current and not on this TD Ameritrade list!
