Who said they didn’t “Have the numbers”….having the numbers is irrelevant to being audited fully 2-years back by a 3rd party…that takes time. That process assures the numbers they already had were accurate…I rarely see pre-acquisition full audits, only inventory.

They do have the numbers. Pretty good numbers. I would suggest you to check their Q and annual reports.
