How much is known about Ben?

Ben is a good custodian, imagine him as a CEO of a ticker :)

Can't dig up too much online about the guy. He's a well coiffed man that gives the appearance of having his "act" together. That said, I can't find much about him. What are your experiences with him?

On the valuation side of things, I like the $5.75M market cap and clean cap. Lots of crap out there trading at $15M to $20M with no business doing so. I'm in for a spin with $RIBS.
