Replies to post #221400 on Fortress Financial Group fka FFGO

Several of my delisted issues including FFGO were returned by Vanguard, my broker, to the DTC. I was told it's due to the CERT Program- https://www.sec.gov/files/form15.pdf
Corporate Actions assures me if there is any outcome that would benefit me, I will be made whole again(?). Per their guidance, I have a screen shot of the relevant transaction for FFGO's removal, not to mention several calls to them "on a recorded line." It's not Vanguard I distrust, it's the DTC. Some peeps claim they've been successful in coercing their broker to return their shares after threatening legal action(?). First things first however, lol.
