Yes…and then it morphed into V-Stock not having the shares…that then apparently had been issued by the company nonetheless…

So it is not clear at all what the issue is or what it has to do with naked shorting. Lol.

There are no delivery issues with Verb stock…ie. there is no naked short.

That rings true, the first part that there are no shares left to short. I just saw that it is number 11 on the possible short squeeze list on fintel. I think Microsoft news should amplify this somewhat, considering the trivial news that sent Marin Software running. It's just a matter of how many and which groups decide to attack the short position. we shall see. This will also go up on its own, but why not give it a boost, especially in this environment.
