Thanks, THall. Hopefully no one is fooled by Misinformation.

1) Last week it was Falsely claimed the TA is Gagged, when in reality the TA services have been discontinued since 02/24/2015.

2) This week the false claim is CACH is a Section 12(b), therefore supposedly has no filing requirements. Of course that’s Wrong again. By registering securities under Section 12(b) OR Section 12(g), an issuer becomes subject to the periodic and current reporting REQUIREMENTS .

THOROUGH DD IS NECESSARY

CACH is a SEC registrant, end of story. Nobody falling for the BS.
