Read this, the false claim was “CACH WAS REGISTERED UNDER SECTION 12(b) NOT 12(g). CACH HAS NO FILING REQUIREMENTS.”

In reality, that’s Nonsense.

By registering securities under Section 12(b) OR Section 12(g) of the exchange Act, an issuer becomes subject to the periodic and current reporting REQUIREMENTS. It’s merely a FACT, it’s IRREFUTABLE. Now ‘Nuf said.

Wrong. Read this:

1) Last week it was Falsely claimed the TA is Gagged, when in reality the TA services have been discontinued since 02/24/2015.

2) This week the false claim is CACH is a Section 12(b), therefore supposedly has no filing requirements. Of course that’s Wrong again. By registering securities under Section 12(b) OR Section 12(g), an issuer becomes subject to the periodic and current reporting REQUIREMENTS .
