B2P, my STICKY I have posted has the quoted info also. He says the only way a RS would happen would be in conjunction with moving to a senior exchange. Now we can take this @ many different perspectives. Where is RTON @ currently. They trade over the OTC, now in pink status. The OTC is not an EXCHANGE. So him mentioning an EXCHANGE, and a SENIOR one on top of that, well that would imply, IMO, NASDAQ/NYSE. When or if that happens is all in the air of course, but I try 2 speak on facts, which means coming from an official source.
