Here’s a thought... I’ve seen this in other scenarios in the legal field or rather a legal bases..... if I understand it correctly??

This recent lawsuit could possible just be legal posturing for the bankruptcy exit? To define the exit route more clearer and not be a future mess in an appellate court!?!

Why? as stated previously it should of been initiated a few years back!?!

And to legitimize it they need share holders to be active in this new amendment (of sorts) of the bankruptcy...

Not sure if I got my point/thought across correctly?? (( rarely succinctly.... lol ))
