Yep, they have something up their sleeve, and it may not include us. Not sure all the legal ramifications we shareholders may have.

IMO, it may be that SOLI purchase for CareClix may get voided somehow.

I may be way off base here. But getting the books up to date on SOLI shouldn't have taken that long, and the books on CareClix should have been up to date when the merger took place.

Anyways sit n wait!

If it does not include us, that’s bad news for them. They will have a lawsuit on their hands and it will be blasted on social media how they ripped off their shareholders.
