HPNN still has a YIELD Sign on the OTC.

the page clearly states

Warning! This company has posted limited financial disclosure through the OTC Disclosure & News Service or is late in their filing obligations with the SEC.

It's there for anyone to see, including Tweety Petey.

Which means Petey hasn't done what is needed and what he promised he would do.

VERY typical of Petey.

I just checked the OTC site, as previously stated..

not misleading at all. CEO posts FALSE financial reports.
Do a little DD and a person might learn something. Supporting a 3-time convicted felon and confirmed fraudster who even stole close to $100K from one of his customers to pay for personal items for HIMSELF is the worst of the worst. Plus, HPNN does not pay its obligations and court judgments when it loses in court (numerous times).

HOP-ON false financial reports are troublesome

If Hop-On was a real reporting company, the false financial reports he puts out would likely get him charged by the SEC for fraud, IMO.

Note that he claims he has trademarks, but all TM's he claims he has are dead. And the CEO knows this info he signs-off on is FALSE.
Even Hop-ON itself has lost its trademark and has lost rights to the Hop-On business name in California.

Digital Age TM is already taken by a California man who actually has a business license, unlike Hop-ON, who is not authorized to conduct any business at all in the state and cannot enforce ANY contracts or defend itself in court (per California law).

And he claims Hop-On wireless is a wholly-owned subsidiary that is not current in Nevada. He fails to mention it is PERMANENTLY REVOKED.
