HOP-ON false financial reports are troublesome
If Hop-On was a real reporting company, the false financial reports he puts out would likely get him charged by the SEC for fraud, IMO.
Note that he claims he has trademarks, but all TM's he claims he has are dead. And the CEO knows this info he signs-off on is FALSE.
Even Hop-ON itself has lost its trademark and has lost rights to the Hop-On business name in California.
Digital Age TM is already taken by a California man who actually has a business license, unlike Hop-ON, who is not authorized to conduct any business at all in the state and cannot enforce ANY contracts or defend itself in court (per California law).
And he claims Hop-On wireless is a wholly-owned subsidiary that is not current in Nevada. He fails to mention it is PERMANENTLY REVOKED.
