To be clear... $CYDY is financed by toxic discounted equity sales.

I never said $CYDY didn't use common stock with warrants.

It is a bold faced lie to argue that CYDY did not use the common with warrants finance method. I have found that over 30 years that this method has formed some incredibly huge stock market successes.

$CYDY is financed by equity acquired by warrants at a deep discount to the market price. That is the definition of toxic financing.
