Two different replies there, so not sure that that helps me. I will give more background info... I saw a specific post that quoted a specific passage from I believe the FDA stating that once a trial is completed they have one year to provide results. And the specific wording was "trial completion" not "data lock".

If this is the case then this trial was completed in July of last year even though they did not release data luck info till October.

Can one of our great posters please refer me to that post or that specific passage?
