GBE, before this do you think we were getting close to a distribution? Could TDA be simply prepping their clients for something good, even though officially no information could be released at this time?

Not even close. The maximum under the earnout that could be delivered is $0.29 per COTRP “share”. Only $0.012 of that is guaranteed.

It is not going to be very much.
