I received the communication fromTDA Friday afternoon. Hard for me to believe TDA sent out an erroneous message like that.

Equally hard for me to believe is that no one knows what the payout amount will be... the Earnout Agreement is still in place and I forget the exact amount the high side of that Earnout was, but I believe it was just under $2/share.

Just for the record: my TDA notification includes both: COTRP and CBJCL.
