It was just Reg A share offering at 0.01 to pay off debt and raise capital for more aquistions. So far 13 Aquistions generation anual revenue of $610,000. It takes 30-60 days for a new aquistion to generate revenue for the company. The company has stated they have low cost aquistions lined up to generate 20M annual revenue over next year or so. We are thinking at the very least 20 more aquistions are coming.
