Just look at the facts. Since Riehl made that grand & glorious false promise, he has already diluted to the tune of 100s of millions. Riehl has always lied to investors. MRNJ has already pulled off reverse splits that total 624,000,000 to 1! (1:78, 1:10,000, 1:20 and 1:40)
History shows that Riehl reverse splits every 2 to 4 years. He tried last year but was turned down because hw was not current. Now he is current and his promise only said he would not do an RS in the 1st quarter.
